A paint is a breed of horse.
A mustang is a breed of horse.
Paint is NOT a coat pattern as many think.
Things like overo, sabino, tobiano, ect., are coat patterns for paints or pintos.
A pinto is can be any breed that is crossed with a Paint so that it has one of the Paint coat patterns.

And to buy a mustang, get one from a regular auction, or a mustang auction. You're sure to find a mustang there, and you'll probably be saving it's life.

1) a paint is a breed of horse.
2) its called coat color/pattern, not fur pattern.
3) a mustang is a WILD horse, they take a ton of experience; more even then a foal or stallion. no offense, but judging by the beginning of your question, you dont seem like the kind of person who should be owning a mustang.
